Head of Global Talent Acquisition // Commvault


Eric Knauf is the Head of Global Talent Acquisition for cloud-based software company, Commvault that partners with Microsoft, Amazon, and Google.  He leads a recruiting team that supports key offices around the world.

Previously, Eric led global recruiting for Ariba – a global cloud company, based in Silicon Valley, that drives nearly $800 billion in transactions, and in now part of SAP.

Eric began his career as a successful sourcer & researcher for an executive search firm.  After moving out of a recruiter role where he cultivated one of the largest client relationships for the firm, Eric took on a series of projects from turnarounds to co-founding two successful human capital firms (executive search and talent advisory for VC-backed startups) and led a P&L center for a multi-billion dollar, global HRO firm.  Eric also led talent-based services for a lean consulting firm.
